from amateur photographers, professional photographers and enterprise level
Most of our Support agents are passionate about
photography, photo editing, computers and support. You don’t have to tick all
four boxes to be a good fit, but the more the better.
Our photo editing software is the best in the world,
and has lots of cool features, but sometimes our users need help getting the
most out of it. This is where our Technical Support Agents come into the
picture. Our users submit requests via web, mail, chat, social media, etc. and
we handle them ensuring the least amount of effort for our users.
You will be responsible for walking users through the
process of achieving their goals with the software, whether the issue relates
to a user error, a bug or something else entirely. The Technical Support Agent
acts as the voice of the customer, whilst liaising with R&D and
Product Management to ensure bugs are fixed and feature requests are

Responsibilities and duties
Walk users through
the process of installing Capture One and starting up the program for
the first time.
